There's art theft for more than 2 cases, most of the art theft cases were the conflict from the Thai theft and original artist, I don't like to call them as artist or whatsoever who stole the work no matter of what kind of usage.

This BROUGHT DOWN the reputation of Thai Artist from DA dramatically!!!!

As I'm also Thai Artist, I can't stand this anymore!!!! And there's no support from local community (Thai DA) to prevent the art theft case!

There are crossing the line too much! And this time things are even worse!

Here's the brief of the story.

In last event of book convention, there was a booth distributed the artwork include books it wasn't too obvious if there weren't Copyrights infringed.

The products in the booth were called as Copyright infringed from the Cartoon shop named "Toon Zone" and try to persuaded to remove the good that related as "infringed" from the selling in the book convention.

But there was another dark mystery, one of the goods were fan made, not from the distributor's self or any related was made, it's stolen art from the internet especially from DA, there was the worse, that some of good were Doujinshi from the internet that "he" or "she" copied and republish and making profits!

ล่าสุด หลังจากกรณีเอาผลงานแล้วแอบอ้างอวดฝีมือนั้น คราวนี้หนักกว่าเก่า เอาผลงานจากเน็ท ไม่ว่าจะเป็นจากโดจินชิ หรือไม่เว้นแม้กระทั่งภาพใน DA ที่เขาลงลายน้ำไว้แล้ว มาจัดจำหน่ายกันอย่างโจ่งแจ้ง!! ไม่ต้องบอกนะครับว่าใคร รู้กัน... และอาจจะมีหลายคนที่กำลังทำอยู่ด้วย!

หยุดเถิดครับ! ก่อนที่ผมจะต้องเสี่ยงตายไปเดินตามงานหนังสือ หรืองานการ์ตูนแบบเอาคลิปมาถ่ายแล้วประจาน อย่าเชียวนะครับ! แต่ผมทนไม่ไหวแล้ว แล้วทำไมพวกคุณไม่รู้จักทำเอง? ทำไมต้องขโมยชาวบ้านแล้วมาแอบอ้าง แล้วนี่ลามปามไปถึงกับการขายของหากินเอากำไรเข้าตัว แล้วมีหน้ามาบอกว่า "ทำมือ" อย่านะครับ ผมใช้มือและสมองทำ แต่ผมมีตีนที่จะขยี้ความโสมม ที่เขาหรือพวกเขาได้ก่อไว้ใส่กับคนไทยที่ไม่รู้ร้อนรู้หนาว กับการขโมยผลงานของผู้อื่นแล้วแอบอ้างเยี่ยงนี้!

Sorry for lack of submit of my work, currently I'm too lazy but the reasons for my laziness mostly came from the family problems, I'm not quarrelling with my any blood relative like mother or father, but I'm quarrelling with my sister in law whom I've never forgive her for the faults that she had given to my family, which made me very unhappy.

And yet I'm decided to have a full time working, after spending 5 years for being freelance it gave me a lot adventures and happiness, but now I'd better seeking real work while I'm also being as freelance too.

I've made contact many companies in Bangkok but now I'm think that it would be very lucky to got a job in capital city like Bangkok, where most people came from everywhere from Thailand to working.

How ironic that the living cost in my birth place like Bangkok is quite higher but the salary is still the same or even lower.

I've found some job in Chiengmai but I'm too worry about the family, but if I have to decide when the companies that I've made interview won't call for assignment I'll have to start my life in there from zero.

That's why I've made the title "Should I happy without smile?" why? because I'm really sad.

Very huge late for greeting about 2009 but I've been too busy and too lazy to do the things.

First of all I'm still haven't finished my illustration it's just few steps ahead from finish but I didn't have time to do.

Second I've almost visited Santika pub in the New Year's party which there were many losses from fire accident, but the few days ago I've almost been crashed by a car which run in high speed then it was out of control then headed toward me while I was eating a meal in roadside canteen.

Crazy? yes it's totally crazy but I hope there won't have such a things like near death (or injured) experience any more.

About the this year's stuffs.

There'll be more focus on the Vocaloids, yes you DIDN'T misheard but I didn't have music fundamental like my girl friend but I can create some of nice Vocaloid songs with her as collaboration, so don't ask about my upcoming duty since I'll take lead of the project as the concept thinker, lyric composting, Vocaloid editing from Midis then finalize and publishing on internet.

This project is year's run it might not that fast since my girlfriend have to take part of her job as Music Teacher and Musician so she might not have much time like me.

Second, it will be less on Doujinshis but extremely quality on publishing, since I've founded some techniques for making a good publishing that you might save the cost! So the product will be the same price but much better quality.

Third, I need to quicken my painting skill! since I'm over thinking too much while painting that makes me slow!

Forth, If you're Thai and you've participated the events in the last years, the products tends to have something "big difference" from the rest, and what I've founded is the popularity of Vocaloid's fan base so I might create some product that make people amaze..... I'm not telling you it's secret.

Another CRAZY year to go.

Yesterday there're tons of Harry Potter's event which it's grand opening sale of the "Harry Potter and the deadly hollows" I didn't bought it yet but I've borrowed from my friend.

That day there's sale in tow version English and Licencesed Translated Thai version by Nanmee books publisher, I decided to get the original version instead translated one sine the words in the translated one is really suck! it won't made the feelings of the novel that it should be from the author (J.K. Rowling).

I took only 5 hours to read (I'm quick reader) and all I can says it is trully awesome!!!!! many feelings in this sadness, sorrow, hopeful, anxious, anger and enjoy.

I won't spoil the stories but there's death of Harry Potter but there're reasons that you wouldn't imginated to be from the past of the series.

I would laugh from the epilouge, Ron you're the luckiest man in the series but you re.... grrrrrr..... too funny!!!!!!

Well since I'm chalenge my self fo making bunch of my own characterdesigns by using main concept "unlimited of fantasy with gothic style clothings" so I've drawn some of the latest character designs.

From this point I've decided to make side story for Five Star Story by not involving the main characters and their main story, The story named "Another Star Stories" I'll write it as picture-novel in bilingual (Thai-English).

The stories is guided by two girls one who hold the whole secret of the timediving dimension, one whose her heirs became the vanished knights from the sorrow but looks forward seeking her dream and rewrite her own destiny.

When I think it's popular enough I'll publish it, since the story of FSS is enormous and there're lots of creation that no one ever create for another imagination.

หลังจากที่ได้เรียนคอร์สศิลปะเรื่องการวาดรูปนิดๆหน่อยๆ บวกกับแรงกระตุ้นแบบว่า "ตรูอยากทำอะไรให้แมร่งสุดยอดไปเลย" ก็เลยหาเรื่องเล่นๆฆ่าเวลาระหว่างกำงใช้ความคิดและการปั่นโด หาเรื่องออกแบบตัวละครฉีกแนวและเป็นตัวของตัวเองไปเลยด้วยการวาดคาแร็คเตอร์ดีไซน์ออกมาเพิ่มในตอนนี้ ในคอนเซ็ปท์ที่ว่า "จิตนาการที่ไม่มีคำว่าจบสิ้น + เสื้อผ้าตัวหลักๆแนวผสมๆของโกธิค" เนื้อเรื่องนั้น จะไม่มีส่วนเอี่ยวเกี่ยวข้องกับเนื้อเรื่องหลักและตัวละครเดินเรื่องหลังของ five Star Stories ของอาจารย์ มาโมรุ นากาโน่ แบบเด็ดขาด ถ้าจะเกี่ยวคงจะเป็นตัวละครรองๆที่บทน้อยๆ

เลยตั้งชื่อเรื่องได้ว่า Another Time Stories เหมือนกับเนื้อเรื่องของดวงดาวแห่งหนึ่ง ที่ไม่ใช่ทั้งหมดห้าดวง แต่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกันทั้งหมด

เรื่องราวจะออกแนวเหมือนกับว่า ถ้า FSS หลักๆแล้วเหมือนกับสงครามยุโรปแบบยุคกลาง ส่วนไซด์สตอรี่ของเราเหมือนกับยุคเรเนซองต์ แค่ชุดตัวละครหลักก็แนวโกธิคแล้ว แต่เราผสมแนวพั๊งค์ไปด้วยเพราะตัวคาแร็คเตอร์นั้นเอง

เรื่องราวจะโฟกัสที่ว่า ตัวละครที่ได้เติบโตหลังจากการรบรุนแรงมากๆแล้วที่ผ่านมาครอบครัวก็สูญเสียไป หายสาบสูญไปจากความทรงจำเมื่อครั้งวัยเยาว์ ทำให้เธอต้องเริ่มหาทางสร้างตัวตนของเธอเองและการเริ่มค้นหาอดีตของเธอ เพื่อที่จะก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างมั่นคงต่อไป แถมจะต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับอารยธรรมและการฟื้นฟูมันขึ้นมา เพื่อจะไปดูเหตุการณ์และสร้างชะตากรรมของทุกๆอย่างที่เกี่ยวข้องกันกับเธอขึ้นมา

เนื้อเรื่องเราจะไม่เปิดตัวและดำเนินเรื่องด้วยผู้ชาย เนื่องจากเบื่อโคตร เลยอยากจะลองให้เรื่องมาโฟกัสที่ตัวผู้หญิงบ้าง และน่าจะทำให้เรื่องมีสีสันขึ้นมามากกว่าการให้ผู้ชายดำเนินเรื่องแต่ฝ่ายเดียว ตัวละครหลักนั้น คนหนึ่ง เก็บซ่อนความลับแห่งมิติของเวลา และอีกคนหนึ่งผู้ซึ่งสายเลือดนั้นเป็นที่สาบสูญด้วยความเศร้าสลดโศกเศร้า แต่ยังคงที่จะก้าวข้ามความเศร้าเพื่อจะวาดฝันแห่งโชคชะตาให้สวยงามอีกครั้งหนึ่ง

เนื้อเรื่องจะทำเป็นนิยาย+ภาพประกอบ ไว้บนเว็บ ก็คงจะไว้ที่บล็อคตัวเอง จังหวะป๊อบๆเมื่อไหร่ค่อยตีพิมพ์ออกมาให้อ่านกัน
